Note: Meals are not included in your registration fee.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation along with you to the congress. You will be able to print your personal name badge by scanning the barcode displayed on your registration confirmation at the self-print stations in the registration area.

Letter of Invitation

The registration department is happy to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. Such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration or from the registration department at

All fees for congress registration and additional courses should be paid in Euro (€) in advance to the registration department of ECCMID 2017, clearly stating the participant’s name and address.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to .

Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

  • Cancellations received up to and including 27 January 2017: total minus 25% handling fee
  • Cancellations received up to and including 8 March 2017: total minus 50% handling fee
  • No refund on cancellations after 8 March 2017
  • For any name change, we charge a fee of € 50.00


Manual Registration Processing Surcharge

Registrations received by fax, mail or email are subject to an administration surcharge of € 20. Therefore, we encourage you to use the online registration system that is safe, quick and easy and also gives you an immediate confirmation along with the invoice.


In order to register for the congress, please log in with your email address and your password if you already have a profile. If you do not have a profile, you can create a new one.


After successful registration, an invoice or confirmation (depending on payment) will be sent immediately to your email address.
